I am not a therapist

I am not an interior designer

I'm not a life coach

I work at the intersection of environment, stress, and performance.

I help organizations identify how physical environments are affecting focus, decision-making, communication, and burnout in high-performing professionals.

Why This Work Exists

My understanding of high-stress environments did not begin in theory. It began at home.

For over two decades, I have lived inside a high-demand medical environment while raising a neurodiverse child and maintaining a professional career. On the surface, everything functioned. But something was off.

What changed was not more effort or better systems. It was the environment.

That shift reshaped how I understand stress and what actually drives performance under pressure.

During COVID-19, I made the decision to donate my kidney to my husband.

What stood out was not just the pressure, but the clarity.

It confirmed what I had already begun to understand:
The environment people operate in shapes how they think, respond, and perform, especially under stress.

My Work Today

Today, I help organizations identify what is often overlooked:

The environments people operate in every day and how those environments are shaping:

• Focus
• Decision-making
• Communication
• Performance

Most organizations address stress at the individual level.

My work examines what people are operating inside, because when that is working against them, performance decline is not random. It follows a pattern.
