For over a decade, I’ve been redefining what wellness truly means—not just through coaching or artwork but by addressing stress where it lives: in the body, the mind, and the environment.
Blending my background in psychology, occupational therapy, human resources management, and stress management coaching, I created the Reclaim Control Blueprint™—a science-based program that helps high-achieving professionals and high-performing individuals reduce stress from the inside out and stay grounded in the lives they've worked so hard to build.
This all began as a personal mission.
While homeschooling my son, who’s on the autism spectrum, I saw firsthand how our environment directly impacted his ability to focus—and our emotional connection as a family. Through intentional design and neuroscience-based visual tools, I began transforming our space into something restorative.
With the strategic placement of my stress-reducing paintings, my son’s focus and calm improved. My husband—a physician—found it easier to decompress after long shifts. And guests began describing our home as warm, peaceful, and inviting.
That transformation became the heartbeat of everything I now do.
