Why I Created This Program

I didn’t set out to become a Stress Management Coach.


I became one because I had no other choice.

As the wife of a physician, the mother of a son with unique needs, and a woman quietly carrying the weight of everyone else’s emotions… I didn’t have the luxury of falling apart.

But, that didn’t stop me from unraveling—quietly, invisibly—on the inside.

I looked strong. I functioned. I smiled.


But underneath it all, I felt unseen.
I missed feeling known… and I longed to be more than “just fine.”

It was during those years—homeschooling my son, holding it all together—that I stumbled on something that rewired everything:
