A Quick Overview of What’s Allowed (and What’s Not)

This Commercial Use License gives you the right to use my artwork in your professional or client-facing spaces—like your therapy room, medical office, or wellness studio—so you can create an intentional, calming environment for yourself and others.

You may:

Use the artwork in your place of business or client-facing space
Display it on your work computer, tablet, or office wall
Print the artwork for personal use in professional settings (up to 20” x 36” for cellphone-format pieces or 24" x 14" for desktop/laptop pieces)

You may not:

Share, gift, resell, or redistribute the digital file
Upload the file to public download platforms
Use the artwork for merchandise, logos, or commercial resale (unless you request extended rights)

✅ What Is Allowed Under This License:

If you’ve purchased a digital download from Temi Ayodeji – Stress-Reducing Artist & Wellness Strategist – you are granted limited rights to use the artwork:

In your private office, wellness studio, or therapy space
In client-facing spaces like reception areas, consultation rooms, coaching environments, or similar
Use it as a screensaver or digital display on professional devices.
Print it up to 20" x 36" or 24"x 14" for personal or business décor.
As a calming visual in corporate or professional settings
For personal gifts (e.g. you can print it once and gift it to a friend or colleague)

❌ What’s Not Allowed Under This License:

You may NOT resell, distribute, or share the file with others (digitally or physically)
You may NOT use the artwork in any commercial product, book, paid program, or merchandise
You may NOT upload or list the image (in any form) on resale sites like Etsy, Redbubble, Zazzle, etc.
You may NOT alter the image and claim it as your own work
You may NOT use it in a downloadable freebie, lead magnet, or anything where others can access the file

You can’t:

Resell, share, or redistribute the artwork (digitally or physically).
Claim it as your own design or alter the signature.
Use it for merchandise, product packaging, or commercial branding without written permission.
Transfer the license to someone else (it’s for your use only).
